All sales are final. No refunds are accepted. Only exchanges or store credit are allowed under specific conditions.
Original and Quality Products – All our products are 100% Colombian, carefully selected to guarantee quality, comfort, and durability.
Inventory Availability – Orders are subject to product availability. If any item is out of stock after purchase, we will immediately notify the client to offer an alternative or the corresponding refund.
Payment Methods – We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other secure payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Square, PayPal).

Order Processing – Processing time is 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
Delivery Times
Domestic shipping within the U.S.: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
International shipping: 7–15 business days, subject to customs in the destination country.
Shipping Methods – We work with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on availability. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.Order Tracking – Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If the customer enters an incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable.

At Fajas Diamond Pink, all sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
The only exceptions are:
● Store Credit (E-Gift Card): Can be used for future purchases on our website.
● Garment Exchange: Only in special cases where the item meets all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements for an Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
● Be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
● Be free of stains, odors, sweat, lotions, or makeup marks.
● Be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and without folds.
● Include all original tags intact.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer without credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn, tried-on, or altered shapewear.
● Final Sale or discounted items.
● Opened creams, gels, post-op accessories, or other intimate care products.
Return Shipping & Charges
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
